Due to the overwhelming appeal of famous television shows, outstanding chefs have been praised for their culinary genius. This event will have Tampa Bay’s prominent chefs put in the limelight and will raise much needed funds for Green Diver Initiative, Inc. Tampa Bay’s premier chefs will be invited to participate in this culinary adventure. They will bring their own ambiance and excellence. Each chef designs their own menu and prepares – tableside – their five-course meal with accompanying wine (or other libations) for a table of 10 people. Chefs will receive points in attempt to claim the title of “Top Chef of the Year Tampa Bay” and seven other awards. This year, due to the invasive lionfish in the waterways around Florida, we will be requiring that one of the courses consist of lionfish!! These Lionfish are being donated by the Emerald Coast Open Lionfish Tournament on May 15 - 17. For more information on the tournament click here.
